We cannot issue refunds for technical issues unless we have had the chance to try and resolve them. If we are unable to solve the issue within 24 hours, a refund will be provided. If you need assistance, please feel free to contact our 24/7 live support.

Refunds can only be given within 72 hours of the purchase date. After this time, no refunds can be processed.

Please note that a refund fee of 10% will be applied to all refund requests processed. This fee is to cover administrative and processing costs incurred during the refund process.

If the customer has more than one subscription, only the full-term subscription will be refunded.

If the refund request was made using PayPal, the process usually takes only 1 to 5 working days. If the subscription was purchased within 72 hours, a full refund will be given. For all other refund requests, a partial refund will be issued based on the length of time the subscription was used. The iptvfresh support team will reach out to the customer in all refund cases.

For refund requests paid with credit cards, it usually takes 20 to 31 working days for the funds to be returned to the customer’s bank account. In some cases, the refund process may take up to 90 days, and we are not responsible for these delays as we are only the IPTV service provider and not the payment provider.
